What are the rental rates for your event space?
To view our rental rates, please submit your information on our Contact Us page and we will be in touch with rates for a variety of spaces on the farm.
Do you host indoor and outdoor events?
At this time, we host outdoor events only. We do provide professional tent rental services for the comfort of your guests.
Is there a parking lot on the farm?
We have a large paved driveway on-site that can accommodate 20 vehicles belonging to your guests. If you expect more than 20 vehicles, we provide a shuttle service add-on that is available with advance registration.
Can I bring in my own food and beverage?
You may bring in your own food and beverage. We will help ensure that alcohol policies are met. In addition, we can provide a list of licensed caterers for you to work with to make your event hassle-free.
What items are available for rent? What add-ons do you offer?
For your convenience, we have a variety of add-ons available to make your occasion beautiful. Those include professional tents, tables/chairs, linens, dinnerware, cutlery and day-of coordination services. We also provide seasonal add-on items such as fresh flowers harvested on the farm, eggs from our flock of hens and firewood for the fire pit.
How many people can Fruit of the Coop accommodate?
We can host up to 60 people on the farm.
What are the restrictions on space usage?
We do not allow fireworks, pets, or weapons of any kind on the farm.
Does the venue provide lodging options?
Yes! We offer 3 lodging options, depending on your comfort level. Stay in a furnished walk-out basement guest suite inside the main farmhouse. Rent a camper/RV or renovated shuttle bus from one of our partners and enjoy the comforts of home. Or for the more adventurous, pitch a tent in the completely secluded horse riding ring, surrounded by nature at its finest.
